Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 20, 2026

At rNobel, we are committed to delivering professional digital marketing, advertising, technology, and business solutions tailored to each client’s objectives.

Because our services involve dedicated time, strategy, expertise, resources, third-party platforms, creative work, technical implementation, and ongoing project management, our refund and cancellation terms depend on the type and stage of the service.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when services may be cancelled, when payments may be refundable, and how service-related concerns should be addressed.

By purchasing, subscribing to, or otherwise engaging rNobel for services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this policy, together with any applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work, service agreement, invoice, or other written terms provided for your engagement.

Specific services may have additional cancellation or payment terms stated in the applicable proposal, quotation, service agreement, or statement of work.

Where a signed or otherwise accepted service agreement contains terms that specifically address refunds or cancellation, those service-specific terms will apply to that engagement to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. General Refund Policy

rNobel generally operates on a service-based, non-refundable model once work, resources, planning, implementation, or third-party commitments have begun.

Unlike physical products, professional digital and technology services involve work that may begin immediately after payment, including research, strategy development, account setup, project planning, campaign preparation, content creation, technical implementation, development, optimization, communication, and resource allocation.

Accordingly:

  • Payments for work that has already been performed are generally non-refundable.
  • Payments relating to completed deliverables, milestones, billing periods, or services already delivered are generally non-refundable.
  • Amounts committed to third-party platforms, advertising accounts, software, licenses, domains, hosting, subscriptions, media, or other external services may be non-refundable.
  • Cancellation of an ongoing engagement does not automatically create a right to a refund for services already delivered or work already performed.
  • Any refund that rNobel agrees to provide will be handled in accordance with this policy and any applicable service agreement.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

3. Monthly Retainer & Recurring Services

Monthly or recurring services may include SEO, digital marketing, social media management, PPC management, lead generation, CRM automation, content marketing, reputation management, and other ongoing services.

3.1 Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of an ongoing monthly service by providing written notice to rNobel by email at: info@rnobel.com

Unless a different notice period is stated in the applicable service agreement, cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

3.2 Current Billing Period

Cancellation during an active billing period does not automatically entitle the client to a partial or prorated refund.

If services, deliverables, meetings, research, optimization, reporting, campaign management, or other work have already been performed during the billing period, the corresponding payment remains payable and generally non-refundable.

3.3 Future Billing

Once a cancellation request has been accepted, rNobel will not intentionally initiate new recurring charges for periods occurring after the effective cancellation date, subject to any applicable contract or service agreement.

4. SEO, AEO, GEO & AI Search Services

SEO and search optimization services are ongoing processes affected by numerous factors outside rNobel’s direct control, including:

  • Search engine algorithm changes
  • Competition
  • Industry conditions
  • Website history
  • Technical limitations
  • Search demand
  • Content quality
  • Website changes made by third parties
  • Search engine indexing and crawling
  • Changes to search features
  • AI-generated search experiences
  • Changes to Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other search or AI platforms

Therefore, rNobel does not guarantee:

  • A specific Google ranking
  • A specific keyword position
  • First-page rankings
  • A specific amount of organic traffic
  • A specific number of leads
  • A specific amount of revenue
  • A specific conversion rate
  • Guaranteed inclusion in AI-generated answers
  • Guaranteed visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, or other AI/search experiences
  • A specific timeframe for achieving search or AI visibility

Failure to achieve a particular ranking, traffic level, lead volume, conversion rate, revenue target, or AI-search visibility level does not, by itself, create an entitlement to a refund.

Payments relating to SEO or search optimization work already performed are generally non-refundable.

5. Paid Advertising & Advertising Spend

Paid advertising services may include Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social advertising, remarketing, shopping campaigns, and other advertising platforms.

The following are treated separately:

5.1 rNobel Service Fees

Once campaign planning, account setup, research, creative development, tracking implementation, campaign configuration, optimization, or management work has begun, the applicable service fee is generally non-refundable.

5.2 Advertising Spend

Advertising budgets paid to or deposited into third-party advertising platforms are separate from rNobel’s service fees.

Examples include:

  • Google Ads spend
  • Meta Ads spend
  • Microsoft Ads spend
  • LinkedIn Ads spend
  • Other third-party advertising costs

Any unused advertising balance or refund relating to advertising spend is subject to the applicable advertising platform’s own policies and procedures.

rNobel cannot guarantee that a third-party advertising platform will approve or issue a refund.

5.3 Advertising Results

Advertising performance can vary due to competition, bidding, audience behavior, platform policies, creative performance, market conditions, landing-page performance, budget, and other factors.

Therefore, advertising performance alone does not create an automatic right to a refund.

6. Website, Software & Development Projects

For website design, website development, landing pages, applications, software, SaaS, integrations, automation, or other development projects, payment may be divided into deposits, milestones, or project stages.

Once project work has started, payments associated with work already performed are generally non-refundable.

This may include:

  • Discovery and planning
  • Research
  • UX/UI work
  • Wireframes
  • Design
  • Development
  • Coding
  • Configuration
  • Integrations
  • Testing
  • Content implementation
  • Technical setup
  • Revisions
  • Deployment
  • Project management
  • Completed milestones

If a client decides to discontinue a project after work has begun, rNobel may calculate the amount payable based on work completed, approved milestones, committed resources, and third-party costs.

Any outstanding balance for completed work remains payable even if the client elects not to continue the project.

7. One-Time Services, Audits & Consulting

One-time services may include:

  • SEO Audits
  • Technical Audits
  • Website Audits
  • Marketing Audits
  • Competitor Research
  • Keyword Research
  • Marketing Strategy
  • SEO Strategy
  • AI Search Strategy
  • Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Consulting
  • Custom Reports
  • Business Research
  • Content Strategy
  • CRO Analysis
  • Technical Consulting

Because these services require dedicated research, analysis, expertise, and preparation, payments generally become non-refundable once work has commenced.

Once a customized report, audit, strategy, consultation, research, or other intellectual deliverable has been prepared or delivered, the applicable payment is generally non-refundable.

8. Third-Party Products, Platforms & Expenses

Certain projects may require third-party products or services.

These may include:

  • Domain names
  • Web hosting
  • Premium themes
  • Plugins
  • Software licenses
  • SaaS subscriptions
  • API usage
  • Stock images
  • Fonts
  • Templates
  • Advertising platforms
  • Email platforms
  • CRM platforms
  • Payment platforms
  • Cloud services
  • External development tools
  • Other third-party services

Where rNobel purchases, activates, reserves, or commits to a third-party service on behalf of a client, the related amount may be non-refundable because the third-party provider’s own terms may apply.

Any refund available from the third-party provider will be subject to that provider’s refund policy.

9. Client Delays & Failure to Provide Information

Successful delivery may require the client to provide information, access, approvals, assets, credentials, content, feedback, or other materials.

Clients may be responsible for providing:

  • Website access
  • Hosting access
  • Domain access
  • Advertising account access
  • Social media account access
  • Analytics access
  • CRM access
  • Business information
  • Brand assets
  • Content
  • Images
  • Product information
  • Approvals
  • Feedback
  • Required legal or regulatory information

Delays caused by missing information, unavailable access, delayed approvals, inaccurate information, or changes requested by the client may affect project timelines.

Such delays generally do not create an automatic right to a refund.

Where a client-caused delay materially affects a project, rNobel may pause, reschedule, or adjust the project timeline.

10. Client-Requested Changes & Scope Changes

Services are provided according to the agreed scope of work.

If a client requests additional work, substantial revisions, new functionality, additional campaigns, additional pages, new integrations, or services outside the original scope, rNobel may treat those requests as additional work.

Additional work may require:

  • A revised quotation
  • Additional fees
  • A new statement of work
  • An adjusted delivery timeline

Payments for approved additional work are generally non-refundable once the additional work has commenced.

11. Completed Work & Deliverables

Once a service, milestone, billing period, report, campaign setup, development stage, consultation, or other agreed deliverable has been completed and made available to the client, the corresponding payment is generally non-refundable.

This applies even if the client subsequently decides:

  • Not to use the deliverable
  • Not to continue the engagement
  • To change business direction
  • To discontinue the project
  • To use another provider
  • To postpone implementation

A decision not to use completed work does not by itself reverse the work already performed.

12. Refund Eligibility

Although rNobel generally operates on a non-refundable service model after work begins, a refund may be considered in limited circumstances, including where:

  • A payment was accidentally duplicated.
  • A payment was made when no service agreement or work had commenced.
  • rNobel determines that a payment was received in error.
  • rNobel is unable to commence the agreed service and the applicable payment has not been allocated to work, resources, or third-party costs.
  • A refund is required under applicable law.
  • A specific service agreement expressly provides for a refund.

Refund eligibility is determined based on the circumstances of the individual engagement, the applicable agreement, work already performed, resources committed, and applicable law.

A refund is not automatically guaranteed merely because a client requests one.

13. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund or raise a billing concern, clients should contact:

Email: info@rnobel.com

The request should include, where applicable:

  • Client or business name
  • Invoice number
  • Payment date
  • Service purchased
  • Amount paid
  • Reason for the request
  • Relevant supporting information

rNobel may request additional information reasonably necessary to review the request.

We aim to acknowledge refund or billing requests within 3 business days and, where possible, provide a decision or next step within 7 business days.

Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method.

Depending on the payment provider, bank, card network, or financial institution, the time for the refunded amount to appear in the client’s account may vary.

14. Refund Processing

Where rNobel approves a refund, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction, unless another method is required or agreed upon.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–15 business days after approval.

The time required for the funds to appear in the client’s account may depend on the client’s bank, card issuer, payment processor, or other financial institution.

15. Service Disputes & Resolution

If a client believes that a service has not been delivered according to the agreed scope, we encourage the client to contact rNobel promptly so that the matter can be reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances, rNobel may consider an appropriate resolution such as:

  • Clarification of the agreed scope
  • Correction of an identified service issue
  • Additional reasonable revisions
  • Completion of an outstanding deliverable
  • Service adjustment
  • Service credit
  • Project timeline adjustment
  • Another mutually agreed commercial solution

A service adjustment or corrective action does not automatically constitute a monetary refund.

We encourage clients to contact us before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.

16. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, rNobel may provide the relevant payment processor, financial institution, or other authorized party with documentation demonstrating the transaction and services provided.

Such documentation may include:

  • Proposals
  • Service agreements
  • Statements of work
  • Invoices
  • Payment confirmations
  • Email correspondence
  • Project communications
  • Meeting records
  • Reports
  • Deliverables
  • Work records
  • Campaign records
  • Development records
  • Account activity
  • Approval records
  • Project management records

Clients are encouraged to contact info@rnobel.com before initiating a chargeback where the issue can reasonably be addressed directly.

Nothing in this section limits any lawful rights available to a client under applicable law or the rules of the relevant payment provider.

17. Cancellation by rNobel

rNobel may suspend or terminate services where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

  • Non-payment
  • Repeated payment failures
  • Material breach of an agreement
  • Abuse or harassment of personnel
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Illegal activity
  • Misuse of our services
  • Requests that would require unlawful activity
  • Failure to provide required information or access
  • Material violation of applicable service terms

Where appropriate, rNobel may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before suspension or termination.

Any outstanding amount for services already delivered or work already performed remains payable, subject to applicable law and the governing agreement.

18. No Guarantee of Business Results

rNobel provides professional digital marketing, advertising, technology, and business services, but outcomes can depend on numerous factors outside our direct control.

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, rNobel does not guarantee:

  • A particular amount of revenue
  • A specific return on investment
  • A specific number of leads
  • A specific number of customers
  • A particular conversion rate
  • A particular advertising result
  • A particular search ranking
  • A particular amount of website traffic
  • A specific social media result
  • A specific AI-search position or visibility
  • A particular business outcome within a specified timeframe

Our services are designed and performed according to the agreed scope, strategy, and professional practices applicable to the engagement.

19. Promotional Offers & Special Terms

Promotional offers, discounts, introductory pricing, packages, credits, free trials, special campaigns, or other promotional arrangements may have separate terms.

Where specific promotional terms state different cancellation or refund conditions, those terms will apply to the relevant promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Changes to This Policy

rNobel may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, payment processes, legal requirements, or other operational considerations.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

The policy applicable to a particular purchase or engagement will generally be the version disclosed or incorporated into the applicable agreement at the time of purchase, subject to any later changes permitted by the agreement or applicable law.

21. Acceptance of This Policy

By purchasing, subscribing to, or engaging rNobel for services, the client acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review this Refund & Cancellation Policy and agree to its applicable terms.

This policy should be read together with any applicable:

  • Service Agreement
  • Statement of Work
  • Proposal
  • Quotation
  • Invoice
  • Terms & Conditions
  • Privacy Policy
  • Other written agreement between the client and rNobel

If there is a conflict between this policy and a specific written service agreement, the terms of the applicable service agreement will govern to the extent permitted by applicable law.
